Wood Portafilter Handle - Walnut
Hand machined custom portafilter handle replacement which is hand milled on the wood lathe from sustainable Walnut and finished with a food grade mineral oil/beeswax conditioner. Portafilter bodies are available but not included in the price of this product.
All wood handle types come from producers that are FSC certified which ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.
Will it fit?
The M10 metric O.D. threaded bolt doe not fit a large majority of the manufacturers out there, except for La Cimbali, Nuova Simonelli, Rancilio and La San Marco, which use a M10 bolt. You may want to remove their existing handle and check the size first. M12 = .472 or approximately 15/32 of an inch. Remember, not all manufactures handles simply unthread from the body; some are held in place with a nut and washer. The handle may be held to the body with thread-lock on the bolt as well. In most cases, a bench vice is needed to remove the handle.
