For the old Quamar T48 and T80 Fiorenzato (old Fiorenzato MS) grinders. This is "like" an M8 metric size, and the thread pitch is 22 TPI, or metric 1.25, but it's a left-handed, reverse thread. Use a 17 mm wrench or socket. No longer available, limited stock on hand.
