55 mm O.D. for "double" shot extraction from a 44 mm "ESE" pod, not for commercial equipment. Fits smaller unit portafilters, such as the Ascaso, Dal Tio, Didesse, the Nuova Simonelli Jazz, the La Pavoni Microbar, RDL machines, Saeco and Spinel units, as well as the Astoria "Prima" or Wega "Starlet" model machines (that are set up for pods).
