La San Marco Group One (Left) Dosing Circuit Complete
For one group models, as well as the left side of two, three and four group 85-16M series machines. For groups with multiple heads, this board is always the first one, found on the far left. The board inside is code 108286. These boards have five small diodes along the top numbered R1 - R5.
Assembly required. Includes:
- 2 x SM_314 (204137) Longer screws hold the rear cover to the membrane support
- 1 x SM_315 (106058) Rear cover
- 1 x SM_316 (607007) Length of moisture protective rubber seal
- 2 x SM_325 (204136) Shorter screws to hold the PCB to the membrane support
- 1 x SM_267 (108286) Printed Circuit Board
- 1 x SM_317 (106059) Front membrane support
- 1 x SM_156 (108296) Self-adhesive membrane sticker
Flip the membrane support over, face down. Being certain that it is oriented correctly to line up the holes in the support with the buttons and LED's, affix the PCB to the support using the two smaller screws in the two center holes (the outer holes are for the rear cover) of the board. The screws are self-tapping, so can take some force to thread in.
You may now want to very gently reposition the LED's if they do not line up with the holes in the support in a satisfactory way.
This sub assembly is held against the front to the machine and the ribbon cable is attached. After checking that the rubber moisture gasket is properly installed, the rear cover is affixed, pressing the ribbon cable flat against the back of the body panel.
The membrane sticker is affixed last.
It seems weird, and it can be challenging to do.
