The smaller of the two o-rings used with the 12 mm diameter cool touch steam wands, measures 5 ID x 1.8 mm. This is installed on the inside of the steam wand tip, sealing against the cool touch tubing.
A bit challenging to fit in to place, it's best to get one side in the slot it sits in, then (carefully, with a pick tool) push the other side down, past the slot, then pull it back up to seat it in.
